Complimentary In-Home Design Consultation

The first step in the home remodeling process is scheduling your free in-home design consultation with one of our project managers. This allows us the opportunity to see the space and scope of work, discuss your budget, and provide you with an accurate estimate for your project. During your in-home consultation, we will also be able to determine if an engineer is needed to draft blueprints and obtain permit approval.

Receive Your Estimate and 3D Design

Depending on the scope of your project, an estimate will be provided to you within three days of your initial in-home consultation. Once the budget and scope of work are agreed upon, we’ll take precise measurements of your home and invite you to our local showroom to select finish materials, such as cabinets, countertops, and flooring for your new dream space.

Next, we’ll draft a 3D design to help you visualize the outcome. This will also help with the selection of materials since you’ll be able to see the full design concept with the layout, colors, and materials all together.

Once you’ve signed the contract and your finish materials are ordered, then comes the demolition, installation, and inspection phases. We will be with you every step of the way and if you have any questions or concerns at any time we are able to work with you to make it perfect.
